SoulCORE is movement born from the desireto nourish body & soul through prayers of the Rosary with core strengthening and functional exercises.
Anyone is welcome to participate weekly.

SPECIAL KICK-OFF RETREAT DAY
September 7 from 9am - 3pm
For Soulcore participants, newcomers and friends! We are having a special day at Trilogy Retreat Center, rain or shine! Poolside Party, not a swimsuit competition ;-)

9 AM | Begins open house atmosphere at Trilogy

11:15 AM | Lunch provided

12 Noon - 2:30 | Enjoying the property, walking through trails, private prayer, being together❣️

2:30-3 PM | Divine Mercy Chaplet and stretch

What to bring?
Wear comfortable clothes or workout outfit, Bring an exercise mat, towel, swimsuit and floaties, if you wish!
And your body, made in the image and likeness of God.
