Parish Councils

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL

The Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body that

shares the responsibility with the pastor in setting the

pastoral direction of the Holy Angels community. The

Council is representative of the parish as a whole.

These members seek to listen to the Holy Spirit to

discern what is best for the community in light of the

Church’s teaching and the needs of the people. The

Council is made up of twelve members. Nominations

and elections by the parish are held every 2 years for

six of the twelve members.
 

PARISH FINANCE COUNCIL
The Parish Finance Council is a consultative body
that helps the pastor in the administration of parish
property and goods, financial resources, buildings
and grounds. Members of the Finance Council
provide expertise in finance, administration, business
and law. Membership is by appointment of the pastor.

LOCAL COUNCIL
 

CHAGRIN VALLEY COUNCIL OF CHURCHES (CVCC)

This organization is composed of clergy and/or representatives of many of the Christian churches in Bainbridge, Auburn, and Chagrin Falls. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every other month. The purpose is to promote familiarity and collaboration among participating congregations, including such events as Outdoor Stations of the Cross and various Ecumenical Services and activities.
