To be a registered member of a Parish is to have a sense of belonging to a family. Registration is important when requesting the Sacraments for yourself or family, as well as when you are invited to become a sponsor for others. To be a Godparent for Baptism or a Confirmation Sponsor, the parish administering these sacraments will require a statement to verify that you are an active, participating member of the Catholic faith. Without having your registration on file, we are unable to provide the necessary verification for you. All family members, 18 yrs. and older should be registered individually. If you are a familiar face to us or new to our parish, and have not yet registered, we welcome you to become a registered member of the Holy Angels.
If you would like to make Holy Angels your church home... please fill out a Request for Registration (you can type the registation request form below or the form can also found on the counter in the library or in the parish office during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm) and return it to the parish office. (Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023). We will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete your registration.
ADDRESS CHANGES or RELOCATION FROM OUR PARISH
If you are relocating from our parish or have an address change, we ask that you call the church office to let us know. This allows us the make the necessary changes to the church roster.
